We recently did a full reno of our main floor including replacement of all flooring. I bought some beautiful vinyl tiles for my basement entry. The price was right and Derek helped me choose the best tiling for my needs. I also had it professionally installed by one of Custom Floors installers-they delivered my product, installed in lightning time and I had the final approval on a job well done! We got our new flooring with Sil. She went out of her way to choose samples of flooring from a photo I sent her. The samples are large so you can tell better when you take them home. Everyone there was friendly and courteous and they made sure our experience was excellent! Highly recommend
